Subscription terms

• Automatic renewal. Your subscription continues and your card is charged the box price plus any delivery fee every 2, 4 or 8 weeks (the frequency you choose) until you cancel.
• Before you pay we show the price, how often you'll be charged, and how to cancel, next to the checkbox. You must tick "I agree to automatic renewal" to subscribe.
• Confirmation. After you subscribe we email a receipt with these terms, your next charge date, and a cancel link.
• Cancel any time online with the link in every email or from your account page — no phone call needed. You can also cancel by text or in store. Cancel before your next charge date and you won't be charged again.
• Price changes. We tell you by email at least 14 days before a price change, and you can cancel.
• Pause or skip a delivery any time before it's packed.
